Kappa Homes is a Bay Area development company. We take on tired, underbuilt single family homes and rebuild them properly, and we build new where the site calls for it.
Every project runs to the same standard: sound construction behind the walls, considered design in front of them, and smart home technology built in from the start rather than added later. We do the work on the things you cannot see, the framing, plumbing, electrical, and the systems that decide whether a home lasts.
We build in our own backyard, across the Peninsula and the South Bay, and we hold each home to the standard we would want for our own family.
