Kappa Homes builds and rebuilds single family homes across the Bay Area. We take on tired, underbuilt properties and rebuild them properly, and we build new where the site calls for it, with modern, high-quality finishes and smart home technology throughout. The goal is simple: deliver a home built to the standard we would want for our own family.
We focus on doing a few things exceptionally well on every home we take on:
